📜 Return & Refund Policy – Lapilab Pune

At Lapilab Pune, we take pride in providing high-quality refurbished and brand-new laptops, desktops, and accessories. Our goal is to ensure that every customer has a transparent and hassle-free experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are possible.


🚫 Return Policy

  • No General Returns – Once a product is sold, we do not accept returns simply for a change of mind or preference.
  • Refurbished Laptops & Desktops
    • Covered with 1-month hardware replacement warranty.
    • Supported with 5-month software/service warranty for troubleshooting and general issues.
    • If the same device develops repeated issues that cannot be permanently fixed, Lapilab will first attempt to repair or replace it with the same or an equivalent model.
    • In rare cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.
  • Brand-New Laptops & Accessories
    • Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to the manufacturer’s official policy.
    • Lapilab will assist customers in processing claims with the respective brand.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in exceptional circumstances, such as when a refurbished product has multiple unresolved issues and replacement is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

⚠️ Warranty & Claim Conditions

To qualify for replacement or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within the warranty period.
  • Customers must provide the original invoice and return all included accessories.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical or accidental damage
    • Liquid damage
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Claims such as “no time to check” will not be accepted.

📝 Important Notes

  • Additional Warranty (if offered) will be clearly mentioned on the invoice or confirmed in writing (email/WhatsApp). Verbal agreements are not valid.
  • For LCD screens, minor dots/pixels are considered normal. Replacement is possible only if more than 5 dead pixels are visible, in line with manufacturer standards.
  • During the extended service warranty period, software support is free, but hardware parts (if required) will be chargeable.
