Lapilab reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

We deal in refurbished laptops, desktops, brand-new laptops, accessories, and repair services.
All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, minor variations may occur (especially for refurbished devices).
Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods accepted: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, Cash, or Bank Transfer.
Lapilab reserves the right to change prices without notice. Final prices are confirmed at checkout.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are processed after full payment is received.
Lapilab reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to stock availability, payment issues, or other business reasons.
Customers can cancel orders before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

No direct returns after purchase.
Refurbished Laptops/Desktops – 1-month hardware replacement warranty + 5-month software/service support warranty.
Brand-New Products & Accessories – Covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty and return policy.
Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases (multiple unsolved issues), as detailed in our Return, Refund & Shipping Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched same day (except Sundays & national holidays).
Delivery time depends on your pincode (typically 4–8 working days across India).
We use Delhivery Courier and Tirupati Courier as shipping partners.
Shipping charges are auto-calculated at checkout.
Once the product is handed over to the courier, Lapilab is not liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

7. Warranty & Liability

Warranty coverage varies for refurbished and brand-new products, as clearly mentioned in invoices and product pages.
Lapilab is not liable for:
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
- Data loss or software corruption.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer data backup is the buyer’s responsibility before submitting devices for service or warranty.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login/account details.
Any misuse of services may result in cancellation of orders and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on buylapi.in (logo, text, product descriptions, graphics) is the intellectual property of Lapilab.
Copying, redistributing, or reproducing our content without written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
